Here Is How To Get An FA FAN Number
An FA Number (FAN) is a unique identification number which holds all your details and qualifications on the FA administration system. You will use your FA Number to log in to book courses online, to log into the FA Whole Game System and to register as a player for leagues that use the FA Whole Game System, and to register as officers/coaches of clubs and leagues – Here Is How To Get An FA FAN Number
Getting a FAN Number is simple.
Visit the FA.com webpage here: http://secure.thefa.com/fan/Register.aspx
This will take you to a page that looks like this:
It is best if you use a mobile telephone number for your contact phone number – if you are the manger/coach of a team, your league may well send you text messages to report/record scores in matches etc. if you use a landline telephone number the league will not be able to send you text messages.
Fill out the form with the required information and press submit details.
Your FA FAN number will be generated by the system and emailed to the email address you have entered. Make sure your email address is correct, other wise thew system will not be able to email you your FAN Number
It is important that you keep a record of your FAN Number and the information you have given to obtain your FAN Number especially your email address, phone number and date of birth (as if you would forget that!) as when using your FAN Number those details are often also asked for as an additional security measure.
it is also important that you keep your contact email address and phone number up to date – if you change your email address or phone number you will not be able to receive emails or phone messages from the system, as they will be sent to your old email/phone number.
To update your contact details if they change after getting your FAN Number, just go to the web page above and click on the Retrieve Information link and enter and update your new details.
